Arlene Santos brings over a decade of creative design and strategic marketing experience. She provides key strategic vision and leadership across cross-disciplinary development and oversees the successful execution of all creative strategies. Arlene has the unique ability to interpret her clients’ communications strategies and develop creative approaches and treatments that align with that strategy. Arlene has lead teams that have designed and executed hundreds of UI/UX design/development projects, collecting award-winning results along the way.
Arlene received two Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degrees in Graphic Design from the University of San Francisco (USF) and California College of the Arts (CCA), graduating Magna-Cum-Laude. Arlene began freelance consulting, building her clientele since 2001 and has grown AGD into a prominent UI/UX consultancy sought-out by clients such as Hitachi, Western Digital, Johnson & Johnson.
Arlene is well received by her clients and bases her success on the success of each client and the results they achieve. She has created long lasting relationships with clients that lead to ongoing projects and campaigns. She contributes her success to her design process, strong work ethic, and dedication to projects.
Arlene actively participates in her community and sits on the board of directors for Mt. Diablo Business Women and serves as the co-chair for Women In Consulting, East Bay.
